As a child, i loved lemon meringue pie. Lemon filling / Citronfyllning. I’ve never made the pie myself, because for some reason I expected it to be really hard

I chose to add almond extract because I think it goes so well with berries, especially raspberries. Add the quark, flours, baking powder, cinnamon, almond extract and salt
Botten. Sätt ugnen på 200°C. Blanda ihop alla ingredienser till pajdegen med degkrokarna på en elvisp. Lägg en rund bit bakplåtspapper i botten på en form med löstagbar kant, ca 23 cm i diameter (för ca 10 bitar)
