A caramelsauce is good to have with pie, on ice cream, in muffins. Heat the sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until the sugar has melted
Try topping it with a generous heap of lingonberries and pour over warm caramelsauce. Three good things in one and as a bonus its hard to fail with a panna cotta
Luscious juicy sponge cake with a very distingt vanilla flavour combined together withcaramelsauce (yes dulce de leche this time too, I said it was going to be easy) and a little crunchy chocolate sprinkles on top
Top with some whipped cream, the licorice caramelsauce and some blackberries before serving. But to my defence I have spend the holidays with my loved ones
