Ingredienser

  • Chia pudding (base mix for 2-3 breakfasts)
  • 3 dl milk (ex. almond milk, coconut milk, soy milk, cashew milk)
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder or
  • cinnamon and cardamon
  • 1 layer
  • 0.5 dl red berries (strawberries or raspberries)
  • 0.5 dl chia pudding
  • Mix the berries and blend with chia pudding.
  • 2 layer
  • 0.5 banana
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
  • 0.5 dl chia pudding
  • Mix the banana and blend with chia pudding and vanilla.
  • 3 layer
  • 0.5 tsp raw cacao
  • 0.5 dl chia pudding
  • Blend cacao and chia pudding.
