Add the coconut milk and the broccoli (broken into florets) to a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Let simmer for about 5 minutes until the broccoli softens. Serve with optional toppings 1 broccoli
Note that Brazilian cheese bread is very chewy, a lot like Japanese mochi. 1/2 cup (packed, about 66 grams) grated cheese, your preference, we get good results with feta cheese (no need to grate), or fresh farmer's cheese (if using fresh farmer's cheese, you may want to add another 1/2 teaspoon of salt)
Puree soup is very easy to make and I recommend you to make a bigger batch, so you have soup the following day for your lunch box or why not freeze it and heat it up when you do not have time to cook

Dela blomkålen och broccolin i små buketter. 11 broccolihuvud. 11 blomkålshuvud 1 broccolihuvud 3 dl makaroner (ej snabbmakaroner) 2 msk smör 4 dl crème fraiche 5 dl riven ost 0,5 dl pankoströbröd smör till formen salt, pepparSätt ugnen på 200 grader. Koka upp saltat vatten i en stor kastrull, lägg ned blomkål, broccoli och makaroner, låt allt koka i max 3 minuter
