Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan forced.
Grease a 4cm-deep, 18 x 28cm (base measurement) baking dish.
Step 2
Whisk together milk, eggs and butter in a large jug.
Season.
Sift flour into a large bowl.
Make a well in the centre.
Gradually whisk milk mixture into flour until smooth.
Place zucchini in a colander and use clean hands to squeeze out excess liquid. Add to the bowl.
Add bacon , corn and 40g (1/2 cup) cheddar.
Season.
Stir to combine.
Step 3
Pour mixture into prepared dish.
Sprinkle with remaining cheddar.
Bake for 50 minutes or until golden and set.
Set aside for 10 minutes to cool slightly.
Serve warm or cold.
In a large bowl, combine the zucchini, spinach, feta, herbs, eggs, scallions, and garlic. Then, wring all of the liquid out using your handsand set aside
I vår, som alltså blev i bästa Cajsa Warg-stil, hamnade bland annat bacon, svarta bönor och krossade tomater och just bacon och tomater visade sej passa så otroligt bra till den milda zucchinismaken
Stek ordentligt på ena sidan innan du vänder på den och steker på andra. Jag kikade igenom bloggarkivet och fann foton på dessa "zucchini- och morotsplättar med basilika och brieost", och trots att min mun vattnades av tanke på dem så orkade jag verkligen inte att ställa mig i köket för att laga dem
Potato slices with vegan pesto and asparagus ribbons. I especially love to roast them in the oven, but this time I tried to peel them with a potato peeler into thin ribbons and then dip them in some lemon juice
But instead of pasta sheets I used pan fried zucchiniand eggplant. After that I layered the veggies in a casserole with tomato sauce and vegan cheese (you can always use regular shredded cheese)
