Ingredienser

  • Matcha Tiramisu - 4 portioner 1 ägg (vita o gula uppdelat)
  • 125 g Mascarpone
  • 1 msk strösocker
  • 1 msk Mörk rom (Typ Capten Morgan)
  • 2 tsk Matcha Latte To Go
  • ½ dl varmt vatten
  • 8 Vincenzo kex (avlånga Tiramisu-kex)
  • 2 tsk Matcha att pudra på den färdiga Tiramisu'n
  • 1 egg (divided)
  • 125 g Mascarpone
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dark rum (I used Capten Morgan)
  • 2 teaspoons Matcha Latte To Go
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 8 Vincenzo biscuits (Tiramisu biscuits)
  • 2 teaspoons Matcha to dust on the finished Tiramisu
  • Start by dividing the egg white and egg yolk in two different bowls.
  • Whisk egg yolk with half the sugar until fluffy, stir in mascarpone cheese into the egg yolk and set aside.
  • Rinse the whisk to avoid any egg yolk to tranfer into the egg whites and whisk the egg white with the remaining sugar until it's stiff like a meringue.
  • Scoop the meringue gently into the mascarpone batter and stir gently to keep if fluffy.
  • Mix 2 teaspoons Match Latte to go with hot wather and rum.
  • Dip the ladyfingers in the matcha-mix and wind soggy Biscuits / Mascarpone / soggy Biscuits /Mascarpone.
  • Place the dessert in the fridge for a few hours and dust with a little matcha just before serving.
