  • tsk salt
  • tsk farinsocker
  • tsk bakpulver
  • dl plain yogurt
  • dl whole wheat flour
  • tsp salt
  • tsp brown sugar
  • tsp baking powder
  • tbsp oil
  • Line
  • a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix together the flour, salt, sugar and
  • baking powder. In a bowl stir together yogurt and oil. Gradually add the flour
  • and form into a dough. Knead well and cover with plastic wrap and let stand for
  • 20 minutes On a floured work surface shape the dough into round breads, about
  • 1 cm thick. Put the breads on the baking sheet. Prick with a fork and bake for
  • 15-17 minutes at 225 C.
