  • 4 Bell peppers (or other vegetables)
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1/2-1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste.
  • 1 Handfull fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1-2 tablespoon Raisins (optional)
  • 65 g Blanched almonds
  • 400 g Passata tomato sauce
  • 200 ml Boiling water
